How to teach a five year old to swim in a pool?

My family always goes to the beach for a week on the fourth of July. My little sister Jaina, who turned 5 in April, likes it just as much as everyone else. The condos we stay at have a great pool, where Jaina can usually be found in the shallow end with her floaters on. My mother suggested I teach Jaina to swim this year, so I intend to do that. However, Jaina is afraid to go underwater or have anyone let go of her in water from her waist up. I am desperate to find a way to get her to trust me in the water. We bought her a floatie suit/vest which she is excited to wear, but I need to teach her to swim without it, without pressuring her and it not being fun.

I can't sleep cause of flashbacks!!?

When I was 5 my dad raped me(don't live w/ him no more) then at 8,9,10 years old it happened again almost every day cause I lived with him (I'm not mentioning his name cause I don't want him in jail) and in the 6 and 7 grade a friend in class "touched" me (That sounds weird) Lots of other stuff happened like parents doing drugs and my sis tried to kill her self but I never told nobody and **** and gangs but I'm not going in to that. Question is I NEVER TOLD ANY ONE ABOUT MY DAD OR FRIEND OR PARENTS OR GUY-WHO-SHALL-NOT-BE-NAMED. And it never bothered me. Like most of it I barely remember so I was happy. I made straight As in school (I lied on my profile I'm actually like 13-still in school) BUT lately I been having shitty dreams about it. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO KNOW SO DON'T SUGGEST A THERAPIST. I just want some god damn sleep. so can any one help
