Why is naruto shippuden full of so many fillers.?

It takes to long just to state how naruto and sakura feel about sasuke I'm tired of the flashbacks that everyone sees over and over again, I like naruto I just wanna see him and sasuke fight already. (All smart-*** questions will be reported) syk naw.
