Weed stored in fat and after effects?

Okay so my friend shebly used to smoke that fake weed until I got her to realize how she has lost interest in everything and how she became a couch potato and a kid at our school OD on it. So now she quit about a month ago swims with me and friends and is all outdoor kid again. Well she told a few minutes ago about how it feels like she is spinning but the room is not really moving and she feels like a giant and the room sorta shrinking she says it ain't but it like when she got high but not as scary like noticeable and annoying and a little freak cause she has smoked nothin but very mild. And I wondering cause she is losing weight could that be the fake weed in her fat she is burning being released making her barely high? Or is it just flashbacks? She says it usually happens only after we been swimming and we been doin that for three days now. And this is second time she is feeling like this.
