My husband is closer to his sister that he is to me?

He suffers from PTSD and flashbacks, when his sister came over to stay they will go into our bedroom and talk about it for hours, but he won't talk about anything with me? I was listening outside the door for a while, and he was telling her things I didn't even know? Why is this and what can I do?
