I can't sleep cause of flashbacks!!?

When I was 5 my dad raped me(don't live w/ him no more) then at 8,9,10 years old it happened again almost every day cause I lived with him (I'm not mentioning his name cause I don't want him in jail) and in the 6 and 7 grade a friend in class "touched" me (That sounds weird) Lots of other stuff happened like parents doing drugs and my sis tried to kill her self but I never told nobody and **** and gangs but I'm not going in to that. Question is I NEVER TOLD ANY ONE ABOUT MY DAD OR FRIEND OR PARENTS OR GUY-WHO-SHALL-NOT-BE-NAMED. And it never bothered me. Like most of it I barely remember so I was happy. I made straight As in school (I lied on my profile I'm actually like 13-still in school) BUT lately I been having shitty dreams about it. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO KNOW SO DON'T SUGGEST A THERAPIST. I just want some god damn sleep. so can any one help
