I think the answer is B. This is tricky because I've never seen a batter score before a routine double play can be turned. But I think the run counts because a force out a tag out is considered a contestable play, while a force out is considered somewhat automatic. The run counts because the batter had a chance of being safe avoiding the tag. But if it were a force out, the play would have ended without the run being counted.
