When 3 players all have a play on a shallow fly ball, what system do they use to call each other off?

For example, ball to shallow left-centre. CF, RF and Second Baseman can all make the play. Second Baseman calls for it but is called off by the RF. What are the general rules when multiple players have a play on the ball in terms of who should get it, and in the case of more than one calling for it who defers to who?
