What are your thoughts on the RH todd s/l?

I think it's weird that he keeps hearing "you have a daughter and her name is starr". I mean, those words strike me odd. It's been so long, Is that like a flashback to when Starr was born (they keep showing the picture) or when he came back and found out he had a daughter (when she was a baby)? Or is that someone telling him (like putting a memory into his head) "you have a daughter and her name is starr"?
