My son plays baseball. He's a 1st baseman, & short stop. He wants to be a pitcher.?

Do y'all have any tips for me to give 2 him? Is there anything we can do physically? is there anything he can do mentally? That wld help his game out! He's an awesome short stop & a really good base man!
