How come none of these runs were earned?

Fozzy is mostly right, however, the fact that Smoak committed and error and then there was a double play means that the inning should have been over. Therefore anything that happens after that is an unearned run because of the extended inning. While it seems that they earned those subsequent runs (and for all intents and purposes, they did earn them) in the rule book it states that they must be counted as UNearned runs.
